Yes, it’s a cake in a cup!
In your favorite mug you will need to add:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 large egg
Whisk away!
Then add:
2 tablespoons milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar (yes, that’s a lot of sugar)
Mix together and add 6 tablespoons self rising flour and a pinch of salt
Mix until smooth and add sprinkles if desired
Cook in microwave 1-2 minutes. (Cooking times may vary and watch to be sure the batter doesn’t overflow.
Spoon into a dessert plate and add frosting of your choice or whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
Tastes like angel food cake!
