Summertime is the perfect time of year for a shrimp boil. This recipe is one pot and delicious!

Shrimp Boil recipe:

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 small red-skinned potatoes per person
1/2 pound smoked sausage per person
1 ear of corn per person, cleaned and cut into fours
1/2 pound raw shrimp per person

Instructions:
1. Fill a large pot ⅔ full with cold water. Add 1 can of beer and Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, allow to cook 25 minutes, then add corn and salt to taste. When potatoes have softened to fork tender, add shrimp and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink throughout.
2. Remove all from the boiling water and serve warm.
3. Add cocktail sauce and crusty bread. Enjoy!
