On September 7th we celebrate Labor Day.

Labor Day became a federal holiday in the U.S. in 1894 and is celebrated on the first Monday in September in the U.S. and Canada. The day is often considered the unofficial end of summer.

I’m keeping it simple today.

Here’s a delicious recipe for BBQ Corn on the Cob:

corn on cob

1. Rub each ear of cleaned corn with oil

2. Sprinkle with a spicy BBQ rub, then wrap each ear in foil

3. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or on the grill for 30 minutes.

Happy Labor Day weekend, everyone!
